I prefer to make portraits larger, but we do get orders for portraits on hats, license plates and other things smaller than t-shirt size. The challenge with hats is that it is a curved surface (especially baseball hats) so, it’s very easy to distort the face. I thought this particular portrait came out nice and looked just like the picture.
